🧭 Rescue Diver Course – Learn to Prevent and Manage Diving Emergencies
The PADI Rescue Diver Course teaches you how to recognize and respond to stressful situations, handle diving emergencies, and become a more responsible, aware, and confident diver. Through a combination of theory development, confined water sessions, and open water rescue scenarios, you’ll gain the skills to assist both panicked and unresponsive divers in real-world situations.
📘 Knowledge Development:
You'll learn about diver stress, emergency prevention and management, rescue planning, and the psychological aspects of diving rescue. Knowledge reviews and in-depth discussions with your instructor will reinforce your understanding and readiness.
✅ Course Prerequisites:
Advanced Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent from another agency)
Emergency First Response (EFR) certification or other CPR/First Aid training completed within the last 24 months (can be taken alongside the Rescue Diver course)
Minimum age: 12 years for Junior Rescue Diver, 15 years for Rescue Diver
📜 Certification
Upon successful completion of the course, you’ll receive the globally recognized PADI Rescue Diver certification. This qualification is also a prerequisite for the PADI Divemaster course and all professional-level dive training programs.
